These Terms govern sellers using Dekho platform.

1. Registration & Eligibility

• Valid GST, PAN required
• Accurate business details mandatory
• Account is non-transferable

2. Platform Role

Dekho is an intermediary and not a party to transactions.

3. Product Listings

• Must be accurate and non-misleading
• No prohibited or illegal products
• Comply with Indian laws

4. Payments & Commission

• 8% commission per transaction
• Payout within 7–10 working days
• Refunds may be deducted

5. Live Commerce Rules

• No fake bidding
• Transparent auctions
• Must honor winning bids

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Dispatch within 24 hours
• Use platform logistics
• Seller bears shipping cost

7. Legal Compliance

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• IT Act, 2000
• DPDP Act, 2023

8. Data Protection

Sellers must protect buyer data and comply with privacy laws.

9. Termination

Dekho may suspend accounts for violations.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation → Mediation → Arbitration
• Jurisdiction: Indore, India
